The welding machine cable (YH cable) is officially called high-strength rubber-sheathed welding machine cable, commonly known as welding handle wire, and is a type of YC cable (general rubber-sheathed cable).
Usage: Generally used for wiring on the secondary side of an electric welder and for connecting welding pliers and the special cables of the electric welder.
Characteristics: Its features are low resistance and low voltage. The working voltage is generally between 450V and 750V. The structure of the welding machine cable consists of a single wire core, usually made up of multiple copper wires forming a bundle of copper wires, and multiple bundles of copper wires constitute the conductor part of the welding machine cable. Therefore, the YH cable is relatively thick, with hundreds of copper wires. Surrounding the bundles of copper wires is a layer of heat-resistant polyester film insulation. The insulation layer is generally made of pure natural rubber, and the copper wires are made of oxygen-free copper, which ensures good conductivity of the wire core and the safety of the cable.
The specifications and models of commonly used welding machine cables include 16 square, 25 square, 35 square, 50 square, 70 square, 95 square, 120 square, etc.
